At first glance this appears high priced, but in fact this product is a good value. The 120 quantity is a two to four month supply with an ideal dosage depending on whether you want to take one or two pills each day. Two is the recommended dosage, but half may work great depending on your diet. Other brands I tried had unpleasant belching aftertaste, but I have had no noticeable negative effects from this product. It is easy to swallow and purely vegan as the name implies. Maybe not really needed, but even if you take it only every other day it will provide a significant amount of dha and omega 3 which do have known benefits. If you prefer to minimize supplementation then you can get your cost down to $6 a month if you take only 1 every day which may be good insurance. Sure you can spend $100 for a mail in blood test, but why not just take these and don’t worry about it? You could probably do just as much good taking one every other day if your diet is really good. I am 65 and have had a fading sense of smell over the last couple of years, and a couple of days after taking this I noticed an improvement. Sense of smell is a strong indicator of some neural conditions. Placebo, coincidence or bias? Could be. Will let you know.

I got these because they had a good ratio of omega 3s and the right amount of each one (there’s a minimum threshold and ratio amd I forget it but i remember this hit it on the mark).No fishy burps and I notice a difference in mood and inflammation when I take these (better and less).I don’t like that you have to take two pills for a dose, but the value is still pretty good compared to what else is on the market.

Great tasting and easy on the stomach
Enjoy these Omega 3 gummies. Have tried a other omega 3 supplements but found them to upset my stomach and sometimes make my breath smell like fish. Tastes like a fresh orange with no digestive side effects. Would buy again.

If you have dry eyes, depending on the severity don’t hesitate to take up to about 3 to 5 times more than the recommended serving size. It has really helped me! As an added bonus taking extra dosage has also made my skin softer and less dry. Far superior to fish oil without the dead sea animal smell… highly recommended.
