Its works better than anything else, BUT
I get better results by taking two capsules once a day with food. I also found that for better flow you need to take Magnesium Gycinate, also two capsules a day. Magnesium relaxes the smooth muscles that control urine flow and also help with high blood pressure. No issues any more at age 75. I’m not a doctor, just relating what worked for me. Good luck.

Long story short. Had prostate trouble and a high psa test. My chiropractor put me on standard process palmettoplex, worked well. Some time ago palmettoplex was discontinued. Switched to standard process prost-x which did not work as well as palmettoplex. Found this product from swanson, added them to the prost-x and life is good again. My chiropractor and medical doctor both approved. psa and prostate function back to almost normal. BTW have been using swanson vitamins for many years for stuff like vitamin d, psylium etc. swanson is top notch. my chiropractor sells mostly standard process supplements but was impressed by swanson vitamin consistency and performance,

Has the right ingredients

Starting to tell a difference
I’ve been taking this for the last 3 weeks and starting noticing a difference in flow rate about a week after being on it. For the first two weeks I was only taking one capsule a day and now taking two capsules a day. I did that to get used to taking it first before increasing the dosage to the recommended. I have also seen a change in other areas as described in the product.I give this five stars and two thumbs up.If anything should happen in the future I will update my review.
