Love this product! I am vitamin d deficient and have to take 5,000 iu of vitamin d3 daily. After years of using it I felt like I wasn’t feeling the full benefits of the vitamin d3 on its own. After researching I found vitamin k2 or magnesium helps with vitamin d absorption. So I took to amazon in the hopes of finding a supplement that met my needs at an affordable price because let’s be honest it gets expensive! That’s when I stumbled across mircoingriedents and found they sell larger quantities of what I need for the same price as a 3 month supply from other companies. Now you have my attention. So I ordered.Here’s my thoughts…..Love the packaging! The zip lock bag is easy to get into and great for storage. It would be easy to transfer them to another container if you wish for storage as well.The supplement itself is a small clear gel capsule that’s easy to swallow.I have been taking it for almost a month now and I love it! The vitamin k2 is definitely helping with my vitamin d3 absorption! I won’t knock my previous brand it’s a great brand but I love that micro ingredients is cost friendly and great quality! I plan to try and switch as many of my supplements as I can over to micro ingredients. I love that I get more for my money!

The vitamin d and k2 are easy to swallow the small size is very important the texture is smooth and the quality is good. package came in tact. the zip seal is fully functional. no issues with delivery. i store them in the fridge not sure if that’s what I’m suppose to do but its worked well for me. cant give it 5 stars as i don’t really know if if its working yet but Seems to be beneficial for my digestive issues.

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

Middle of Australian summer…all capsules are separate. No seed oil content…just cocoanut.Old problems seem to be fixed. 18 months to expiry date, so sharing is necessary. I trust this product.
