It has great energy increase without the heart palpitations. I feel good drinking it. The taste is okay. Tolerable for a lemon lime. Just a disclaimer. I do not like lemon lime. But I have found a way to drink it and stay hydrated. Keto friendly electrolytes are considered a dietary supplement. I just enjoy the flavor of the blueberry pomegranate the most. The mix doesn’t clump, does not have a gritty flavor and easily mixes with water.

Great tasting! Wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about the taste at first, but loving it so far. I like how it doesn’t clump in my water like some other electrolytes can. Also love how the main ingredient is potassium rather than sodium.

Huge mistake – and an update
The update: The seller contacted me to offer a refund. They did not ask me to change my review; it was just extra good customer service.That’s it. Here’s the original review:My bad for not making a more thorough comparison between this and my usual brand.The pros:It doesn’t taste bad.It’s less expensive than my usual brand.The cons:The scoop is about three times the size of my usual brand, which means it takes a whole lot more powder to get the same benefit.It has a significant amount of something that doesn’t dissolve AT ALL. It just drops to the bottom of the glass no matter how long I stir or let it sit. It’s probably something I don’t want to ingest anyway.Overall, it’s just really disappointing. The flavor isn’t as good as my usual, and the stuff it leaves in the bottom of my glass is disconcerting. I’m only going to use this for a few more days until my usual arrives, then I’m going to toss it. Yuck.

Love the taste!
Needed a quick-ship container of electrolytes for our hot FL vacation and this for the bill in terms of no/low sugar, high in potassium, magnesium & sodium. Got the Raspberry Lemonade flavor, which was a light lemon-berry taste. It wasnât overpowering at all, this tastes slightly salty vs. sweet, but we loved the flavor. Many electrolyte powders are too sweet and this isnât the case here. This definitely quenched our thirst on many hot days after workouts, beach days or pool time. Best of all, we never felt dehydrated in 100* heat. It was perfectly granular, no clumps. We returned home with only a few scoops remaining of the Keppi, and will be reordering right away – Keppi will be replacing our former âgo-toâ electrolyte powder!

Tastes great and improves overall wellness
Great tasting. Has the right amount of electrolytes as opposed to other brands that have a large amount of sodium. Potassium is better for your health overall, especially with a normal diet usually having enough sodium anyways. I appreciate the amount of product you get in one container, and the variety of flavors. I’ve tried raspberry lemonade and lime so far and lemon-lime and they have been good! This stuff has greatly improved my quality of life in many ways.
