I like that this has a good and wide balance of many vitamins, and it does not include mega doses that I donât need.I like this brand, Iâve frequently used Centrum over the years and never had any problems. This is a medium sized caplet-style tablet, not difficult to swallow with a sip of water, though not the easiest either for everyone.I take this once a day in the morning on an empty stomach or with my morning coffee. I havenât ever experienced any gastrointestinal side effects. This is tasteless, not unpleasant in any way. This is economical for the amount you get.
