    Love these containers!
My wife and I love these containers. I ordered two a while back from a vendor, not through Amazon, but upon searching through my past e-mails, I was disappointed to discover the site had somehow disappeared, thus, preventing ordering more from said vendor. Having recently become a Prime member, through searching, I was happy to find them on Amazon. What we really like about these containers is, the individual compartments are large enough for our needs, unlike a size smaller, from the same maker, that I inadvertently ordered. I wanted exactly the same ones that I had previously ordered and last week, I was elated to verify that the four that I just recently received were “exactly” the same. Now that I have three and my wife has three, should we go on an extended vacation, we will not need to take multiple bottles with us. Yes, it takes some time to fill the compartments with daily dosages, but the time that you take to fill them, one per X weeks (in our case, once per 2 weeks on average), saves time in the end by not having to open a multitude of bottles per day and remember what dosages to take.On a related note, upon purchasing a case for a tablet, which ended up being too small for our tablet, I discovered that a Medi Chest container fit precisely inside, so instead of a jerry-rigged method of ensuring no spillage, by using a cut up folder and rubber bands, we now have a very convenient method of ensuring our vitamins and supplements are not strewn throughout our suitcases and carry-on bags should one or more of the individual container lids open. We have one case per Medi Chest. For such a mundane item, I find it to be a very satisfactory purchase for a practical use.In case of interest, the case in discussion is the following: Case Logic Ibira 10″ Tablet Sleeve (IBRS110BLK),

    Convenient with Ample Room
I ordered both this and the similar Four-a-Day Weekly One Day at a Time Med. Organizer Large since I wasn’t sure which would work best for me, and I fill two weeks at a time. The pill area size is about the same, and you can pop out a day at a time with each. The Apex hinges on the right, and the other hinges on the left. The footprint is similar; this one is a bit narrower side to side and a touch longer from top to bottom. There is more space between days on the other one, whereas the Apex tight fit would be less desirable if you have weak or extremely short fingernails. The Apex frame is more rigid. The other frame is thinner and arrived with a tiny crack (which should not affect long-term durability). Six large pills (such as calcium or fish oil) will fit easily in each compartment. I fit four large pills and some smaller ones with room to spare, so the medium size probably would have worked. Be advised that if you like to carry a day’s supply with you, these will not fit in a small purse and will create quite a bulge in a pants pocket.

Mine arrived with Saturday evening broken.
The letters are large and it is easy to read, but mine arrived broken and it isn’t worth my time to try to return it for a working one. I can use all of the remaining compartments but Saturday night. :-)Most other pill boxes like this open from the right hand side as you are looking at them, but these open from the left. I minor complaint but I always have opened from the right.I ordered a different one from another site and I like it better. I’d post a link to it, but I don’t have it right now. IF someone really wants it, submit a comment and I’ll at least try to post the name of the one I got.

    Meets my need perfectly
I have been using this medicine chest for 7 or 8 years. I take a plethora of vitamins and supplements, including the big pills like fish oil. I have never had a problem with all my pills fitting. There is a smaller version of this product, which also has removable sections, and my pills would not fit in that one. Each morning, I pull that day’s section and take it to work with me. After a number of years, I noticed that some of the “doors” on my original chest didn’t click closed and hold as securely as they did–sometimes a door would pop open and spill in my purse–not a big deal to scoop up 4 or 5 pills. Nevertheless, I purchased another. If I am traveling, I take out the days I don’t need and leave the rest in the tray, then put the entire tray in a ziplock bag.I found the advantage to having 2 units was that I didn’t have to fill as often (which I hate to do–not a big deal to most people, just one of those chores I don’t like doing). I’ve considered purchasing a 3rd and probably will at some point.I cannot find this exact product anywhere but on Amazon. I purchased my original years ago in a drugstore, probably Rite-Aid, but have never found it since. I LOVE the convenience.

    Not Perfect but almost!
The size is perfect for all my meds and supplements, I love the way they fit into the tray, perfect because I travel alot, however I think sometimes they tend to open on their own. My preference would be that they open on the opposite side but that’s because all the others I own open on the right side and I am continually trying to open like all my other pill boxes.
