Highly recommend Sleep Reset – TRY IT
I tried this sleep aid supplement on a recommendation…and I love it! I had previously been taking magnesium + melatonin on occasion to help me sleep, but I never liked the idea of being reliant on melatonin. For me, Sleep Reset started making a difference within just a couple days. I genuinely sleep deeper, wake up more rested and recharged in the morning, and don’t feel that morning grogginess that I was. This product reminded me how I used to sleep.Something I found is that the more regularly that I take the product, I tend to wake up around 30min before my alarm goes off, but I feel awake and charged, and have never wanted to hit the snooze button. I have recommended this to family and friends, every one of them that has taken it was an immediate believer and has been using it regularly.I try to take this regularly, as I know that would be better, but I do take this usually 3-5 days a week. This product has had a huge impact on my sleep health. After 19 years of dealing with my husband’s apnea/snoring, I’d had it. I have developed so many horrible habits to try to get sleep, including having an Ipad in my face all night long playing movies or songs to drown out his snoring. I train with the creator of Sleep Reset – and benefit tremendously from all of his physical, nutritional and cellular guidance on health. Surprisingly Effective!
This is so easy to take – and it works. Also, I found that after the initial start-up of a couple of weeks, I don’t use it every night, but when it’s been a long or stressful day, I know I will fall asleep easily with Sleep Reset. No early morning wake ups! I’m thrilled to find an all-natural combination of nutrients the body actually needs, rather than another “work around” trying to hack our natural processes. It seems that by simply feeding the body what it needs and what it’s used up throughout the day allows the body to sleep, just the way we were designed to. Sports Recovery “Insurance”
I had heard I could recover from my workouts faster if I fed my muscles, but there is so much conflicting information. I tried this because of the ingredients combo, and discovered I actually did feel more recovered the next morning.
