Made me ovulate twice in a month!
I started taking this supplement after my hormones were out of balance from an ectopic pregnancy. I was having missed periods. Hormonal imbalances. Horrible cramping in between periods. Period discharge that is not considered normal, among other symptoms. I feared that my chances of having an easy time getting pregnant again were at risk. So I found this product. Read the good reviews, and decided to give it a try. Iâm not planning on getting pregnant now, but want to prepare my body for when the time comes. Iâve been taking these for three months and all my periods have been showing up on time every single month since I started taking these! I also know when Iâm ovulating because I get all the obvious signs and symptoms of ovulation. Except this month I got an extra surprise when I went in for an ultrasound a week before my period, and was told by my doctor that they saw me actively ovulating during the ultrasound. This was a week before my period. Meaning I ovulated twice in one month! Amazing product. Did more for me than the birth control pill. I highly recommend.

So far, so good
I havenât really been taking this long enough for it to have a noticeable effect on my fertility, but Iâll be updating when I do. I will note my hair and nails grew fast and strong. It does make urine neon yellow, but thatâs to be expected from the amount of B12 (excess B12 gets peed out). I also noticed brown discharge/spotting after my period ended which almost never happens (I believe I started taking these on CD 2).Update 04/08/23:So I forgot to come back and update. I fell pregnant the cycle after I made this review (lmp 10/05/22). I’m not sure if this was the cause, but it definitely didn’t hurt. I was also drinking raspberry tea. My aim was to regulate my cycles and monitor ovulation not to get pregnant. I was certain that I had fertility problems so it was a happy surprise that I was even able to get pregnant. Overall, this was a great vitamin and I only stopped taking it when my doctor gave me a prescription for prenatal vitamins.

Lots of vitamins
Iâm struggling with infertility and was told I need a specific amount of very specific vitamins/supplements per day, and finding something that had all or most in it was getting hard. I was worried I was going to have to buy 3 or 4 different things. But this one is pretty packed with what I need! My one complaint is the taste from the fish oil. No matter what I do it does not go down very smooth, but other wise, thatâs it.

IT DEFINITELY WORKS
Iâm 24 years of age and I had never gotten pregnant in my life I was told that I my eggs in my ovaries donât mature well I researched fertility supplements and found this I got it in December and found out I was pregnant in march unfortunately the baby didnât make it but I was extremely glad to know that I couldâve gotten the chance to be a mother i literally was only consistent for the entire month of January and well February I stopped taking it for a while and march I was 8 days late and said letâs see and I was ik it was definitely these pills minus the fishy taste i believe in it and maybe Iâll try again please note I have been trying to see if I could get pregnant since I was 20 and it was never working until I started these pills ð©·

I have been taking supplements for a little over half a year and I was trying out a few but none of them had the mixture I wanted without the weird aftertaste. But this one is by far the best one I have tried. It had the added folic acid I wanted and a very mild berry taste. Easy to go down and I can see the change my body has been going though since starting them. I recommend to anyone asking me about my vitamin regime.

MUST HAVE!!
We have been struggling to have a child for years due to my husband having 1% morphology. I had a friend recommend this and the male version to us (recommended by her fertility doctor). So I decided to give it a try before we reached out for medical help. It was worth the shot.We were only half way through our second bottle and THEY WORK!!!
