   Instantly Helps with Hydration
   I have POTS, and take medication, but its still important to make sure I’m getting electrolytes during the day especially being a very active person. When its hot outside, a busy day can literally suck the life out of you and it feels like no amount of water will help. Sometimes store bought drinks just don’t cut it because they don’t have any potassium, and I avoid those with added sugar, so the choices are slim. This product has 1000mg potassium per serving which is just what I was looking for! I tried the tropical flavor and mixed it with water and ice, stirred and let it sit for a few minutes so it would dissolve. It has a sour smell when you open the powder, but when it is dissolved the flavor is smooth, Delicious, a little tart, and refreshing! I’ve been drinking it daily after a workout or even just to beat the mid day crash. I feel more hydrated and it is effective in helping my body recover without any added sugars or jitteriness from caffeine. I’d definitely recommend this high quality option to anyone who wants a healthily and more effective alternative to store bought options.

   Recommend Lemonade and raspberry lemonade, use with sodastream
   I’ve had both the raspberry lemonade and the lemonade.While neither flavor is “sweet” per se, the raspberry flavor in the raspberry lemonade gives this a “sweeter” flavor over the lemonade flavor. (I think simply because it masks the sour of the lemon).My favorite is the regular lemonade. As a personal preference I like the more sour of the 2 flavors though both flavors are good. This is my 4th time buying.I have a soda stream and the scoop dosage is perfect for mixing into the 1 liter soda stream glass carafes which is very convenient.There is a technique to do If you want to use this in carbonated water:1. you need to pour the scoop in after carbonating the water (not before)2. You need to cap the bottle within 5 seconds or so after you add the powder.Not doing those 2 steps will turn your beverage into an epic fountain (not unlike the mentos / Diet Coke fountains you see on you tube)!It’s not difficult to follow those 2 steps. Just make sure you have the cap for the bottle handy when you pour the scoop in! 😅My favorite way to drink this is in carbonated water. It really magnifies the flavor IMHO.If you have RO filtered water this will taste better than anything that comes premade from the supermarket (with color-fluorinated tap water).As others have said, the powder doesn’t completely dissolve right away. That is true with this as with any concentrated powder-based mix (think of koolaid or country-time lemonade powder mixes from your yesteryears).I’m fine with that. I usually don’t drink this immediately after making a carafe. This is because I like to put my carafes in the fridge for an hour after mixing so it’s nice and cold when I drink it. That’s way more than enough time for the powder to completely dissolve.The 100 serving size is a great value. At its cost per serving, it’s a no-brainer for me.

   Best Flavor
   I found the lemonade flavor to be distasteful. I switched to Berg’s electrolyte capsules, but they did not help me adequately (medically speaking). So I read reviews on flavors, and tried the Cucumber & Lime. Its flavor is far superior–light, refreshing and not too sweet

   I wish I could return it (update: now satisfied)
   This item may be a great electrolyte, however, I couldn’t get past the flavor/taste. I purchased the raspberry & lemon flavor but I don’t think that was the problem – I think it was the overwhelming taste of stevia. When I mixed a scoop with 16 oz of water, it hurt my teeth and needed to brush my teeth immediately. I’ve tried other electrolyte powders and never had my teeth hurt. I can’t recommend this product.update:Dr. Berg’s team reached out to me and was very responsive to find a solution to my issue with the product. There is nothing that will please everybody, but they owned up to it and worked with me to ensure I was satisfied in the end.

    I tried the product for the first time and i think i just experienced a potassium overdose with numbing, nausea, that feeling of almost passing out , it was my fault though i should have started with very low dose than 1 scoopI generally have low bp 80/70 and i thought i was about to die but i directly took salt hydration tabs and i feel better. I will still use the product but with very very less dosage.I am a great follower of dr berg, i believe in this diet regime. The product overall has good taste and not hard to drink at all
