Great value, twice the coverage.
I’ve been using the 2×2 pads for persistent hip joint pain. I don’t have a sensitivity to the pads, but they do tend to work their way up on the edges by the end of the day. I decided to try the 2×4 pads, because I thought I’d get better adhesion over a larger area. These pads are much easier to apply. I’m still applying 4 pads, but with twice the surface area, it’s no longer hit or miss. I think I have to turn up the intensity a little more with these, but I’ve got plenty to spare (not turned all the way up), so it’s not an issue. The pads are reusable, and probably can be revived with a little water or hand sanitizer when they start to lose their stickiness. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase from a veteran owned business, and will definitely order from them again.

Exactly what I need!
I have an older XFT-320 Electrical Stimulator and needed replacement electrodes. I ordered what seemed to be the right thing, but received pads with tab connectors instead of pin connectors – no good for me. I ordered these pads and they worked perfectly and are larger than other pads, which is a plus. The adhesive is very good and leaves no residue when removed. They pass the stimulation as well as the original pads, maybe a little better. Price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend for units with pin connectors!

I am using these pads with my TruMedic system. It came with much smaller pads, but these ones are so much better for size (I use it on my lower back). They are the same, if not better quality than the original ones. First use and the pads appear to be a very good grade and should last a bit. I will update my review to 5 stars after a few uses. I can say out of the package the adhesive is a very good quality. This little gizmo really works!
I’ve been using this now since Dec. 2017, and find that it lives up to the hype it has received. I have back issues and I can put this on, turn it to 3 or 4, and it calms my pain. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can hardly walk from one room to another. My back muscles seem to cramp up in spasms. If you are thinking about this item you should get it, and have less pain. You can buy extra electrodes when the others wear out. They do last a long time, but beware – they fit on ONE side of the plastic sheet – I messed up one by using the wrong side of the plastic. It tells you on the sheet which to use, I just had not looked.

I have been using a tens unit for years. Usually got my pads through a medical professional and they might last a day. These are soooo reusable, I am on my 5th use of the first set and I see no end insight.
