Great Bag
Great bag for a army medic, holds everything you need it to. very high quality and cant beat it at this price. the inside is well organized and very customization to your taste. i have it set up with the first panel as trauma and the rear panel as “extra stuff”, or stuff for the later part of an assessment. but overall they issue us these so that’s a testament to the faith put in these bags. i just bought my own cause i liked it that much and didn’t want to end up paying the army price for something, some of you will know what i mean.

Excellent pack!
Purchased it for testing against other packs and must say this is the best of the best. Shipping was quick as usual. However, ran into one problem that Amazon rectified quickly. The description says, “Includes 100 oz. BLACKHAWK! Hydration System.” That was not included and normally sells seperately for $30 to $40. However, this has everything you would want for an outstanding medic pack. I would recommend this pack after very close inspection under a microscope. Excellent materials and workmanship!

Great quality, compartments, space, feel…no hydration system as advertised!
The only draw back to this bag is that it states it is to be shipped with a Hydration system and it arrived without. I am still new to Amazon so I DONT know how to follow up and find out my available options for recourse and resolution. I would recommend the bag BUT make sure it comes with the hydration system and remember it DOES NOT come with supplies….

This is not a BLACKHAWK bag. if you want …
This is not a BLACKHAWK bag.if you want true quality, Reliability buy a bag with an obvious BLACKHAWK label

For the price range there are definitely better aid bags out there
Its alright. For the price range there are definitely better aid bags out there. Too big for the line medic, senior line medics/vehicle personnel might be able to rig this up on a back of a high back/gunner’s turret but if you don’t have lots and lots of space keep this home.I’m serious this bag is giant.

Expensive but worth it.
Great layout with lots of pockets. Comfortable to carry with easy access to everything. Took a while to determine how I wanted everything set up inside, but once that obstacle was accomplished I really enjoy it. Purchased on the recommendation of a friend. After having used it on many medic calls I’m glad I made the investment.

Overall I’d recommend this pack to medics who need more space than the Tasmanian Tiger pack currently on issue. it holds just a bit more to make your life easier.if I have one criticism, it’s the lack of MOLLE loops on the outer for attaching small pouches, such as a drop pouch which makes a great fold-out rubbish bag. Other than that, I’m very happy with it.
