A little on the small side but great for people with average sized ankles
The ankle straps work very well and appear to be well constructed. The extra strap is useful to prevent the enclosure from riding up your leg however, that extra strap assumes a front or back placement of the D-hooks on your ankle. If you desire a side placement of the D-hooks, the positioning of the bottom strap is a bit awkward. The bottom strap may work best for people with small ankles. I think most people will find it possible to wrap the enclosure tight enough to prevent upward movement on their legs. The size of the ankle enclosure is probably a “medium.” People with large ankles may find the wider spacing between the 2 D-hooks difficult or uncomfortable to attach a carabiner.

I became tired of searching for the communal ankle cable straps at the gym. They never fit right, they were always dirty and built for a man. These ankle straps are great – the perfect ankle strap that allows me to do kickbacks – and lateral pulls. I highly recommend this product – they fit perfectly and are comfortable and are very well made.

Better have small Ankels. So much for one size fits all
Look like they are well made.. but seem to be sized for an anorexic woman or child. My ankle is 13″ in circumference and I measured the total strap length at 15″ even though the picture shows it to be 9.8″ for the pad and 6.7″ for the Velcro strap.. or 16.5″ total length. Somebody cut a corner to save some money yet I am having to return them because I took their advertised length as being accurate where they should have barely fit. Not too happy about having a 60 mile round trip to return them as I will use 1/2 the cost of them in gasoline cost. Considered keeping them as they do fit my wrists… Was going to take a few pictures to prove my claims yet not really worth the effort.

It’s a good product and the quality feels real, it’s just the rings in the sides that i can’t ger over, feels very weak and is afried they will brake when i load them with more weight.Overall a good product for the price.
