My wife wanted this and she researched all the products on amazon and this was the one she chose.It turned out to be the best of the best.It has alternative speeds that are FAST so be careful not to splash! … we made a mess the first time.When adding liquid in to mix add a quarter at a time or else it will fly out…in the spinning.The attachments are a little difficult to D-tach but over all the stand holds it up without toppling over each time.The three attachments work! for those small jobs you dont want the pull out the big guns on…the carry case does not fit all the items together so I dont think they, manufactures thought that threw for travel purposes….. but to just bring one attachment you can stuff it ….lolThe charge last long and is full power, just love that it does not die down in one day. It took a week for mine to actually lose its power the first time, now it is lasting two weeks.sowe think this product works for the average coffee drinker or business person who needs something effective on the run and can travel and be easily packed.3mth:it broke and the registration site doesn’t work so I had to buy a new one again I get it try to go to site to register it and it doesn’t work….the company has to straighten its site out and hold up their promise to fully replace it!

Makes you feel ‘bougie’
My sister had a milk frother, so I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t believe how much fun it was. First chance I got, I bought one for myself. When I made coffee for my wife, she loved it, saying it made her feel ‘bougie.’ Since we were about to take a trip to SE Asia, I decided to buy one that would travel better than the one I had bought at the supermarket. This is what I bought, and it came with some nice features. First, it is rechargeable, and the charge lasts for several week. Second, it comes with another mixing tool that works well for scrambled eggs. The only complaint I had was that the on/off switch is not ideal. You turn it on by holding the switch down for three seconds. You turn it off the same way. One morning, my wife woke up before me and tried to operate the machine without the instructions. She managed to get it turned on, but then could not get it turned off. She finally just left it running on the counter until I got up. So, like I say, it is a minor detail with an otherwise excellent product.

Has a weak plastic design flaw. NO, I would not recommend.
I wasn’t able to use, not even once. The farthest I got was cleaning it (for first time use), and putting it on the charger. The inside of where you attach the mixing head is made of plastic, which is ok IF the plastic component was heavy duty enough, and SECURELY attached to the inner stem piece. I did read the reviews prior, and was hesitant to purchase bc of the very thing that did happen. I’m gentle with things, and thought this won’t be a problem for me, especially since i read the review stating this to be somewhat of a weak flaw in design. I knew to be extra gentle in other words. Before I put it on the charger, of course I had to check it out and see how the attachments went on and come off etc. It’s a very simple process to do, line up the cut-out shown on sides of attachment head to the insert area where it should fit tightly like a puzzle. Mine would not attach even though it was lined up properly. I didn’t want to push to hard and break it so I tried the other attachments….same thing. I went back to the original attachment and it worked, so I thought. I washed attachments etc, while main piece was charging, and while drying the one attachment off that I thought had worked. I noticed that the insert plastic piece that should be connected to the stem on the handheld component was stuck inside the attachment connection piece. Which means that nothing will be securely holding the attachment in place during use, nor will I be able to switch out other attachments. I’m very disappointed with this product, and since I believe it’s a flaw in quality it’s not worth exchanging imo. When trying to decide on which one to purchase I thought this one would be decent. It wasn’t the cheapest one in all the options on Amazon, and obviously not the expensive option either. I regret not going with the most popular purchased frother, instead of looking at price range to determine low quality to the worst quality. In this case it didn’t matter. Unless the products cheap plastic design flaw is rectified, I would not purchase this product. For the reviews that state how well this has worked for them is truly suprising to me. Personally, I don’t think its worth the time to gamble whether or not you’ll receive a cheaply made defective one. Now, I have to go through the headache (time, gas) of returning it and looking on Amazon again to choose one of better quality. No it’s not the end of the world lol, but it is annoying as heck to go through the return process, which is one of my least favorite errands to run. Btw, normally I would not write a bad review for products or services. I’m the type that feels if I can’t say something nice then don’t say it at all. In this case though, I genuinely believe this to be a defective product as a whole, and felt consumers should be given a heads up before deciding whether or not to purchase.Edit: pics show comparison of the attachment heads. One is hollow (the correct way it should be). The other is NOT hollow–defective plastic piece is stuck inside but should have been securely connected to handheld component’s innards. Also note that the plastic piece and innards have nothing showing that something had broken off its original attachment. There is nothing holding the plastic innard securely in place to hold attachments, let alone to change out an attachment.
