Perfect for protein powder.
I use these to take whey protein to work everyday. They stack securely into each other for organized travel, don’t open on their own and have just enough space for a scoop of my dymatize. After my workout I take one off the stack, dump it straight into my blender bottle and toss the empty in my bag to bring home for a cleaning and refill.

100cc size will fit exactly 35 grams of protein powder with no room to spare
If you are purchasing these to carry single servings of your protein powder, then the 100cc size is what you want. A single 35 gram serving of protein powder will fit exactly within the 100cc GoStak storage container, with no room to spare. As you can see from the photos I attached, the first picture is of the container with exactly 35 grams of protein powder measured out. The container is filled to the brim, and you have to gently tamp down the powder slightly.This is fine for my uses, since I only need each container to have a single serving of vanilla protein powder. However, if you have additional mix-ins (such as creatine, cocoa powder), you will not have enough room to add them. Different brands of protein powders also have different serving sizes: some brands are 30 grams per serving, in which you’ll have a bit more room to spare, but if your brand is 35 grams per serving, than you can fit exactly that and no more.Furthermore, I’m happy to share that the containers fit perfectly inside a Yeti Lunchbox cooler. As you can see from the third picture, the twisted together containers fit in the vertical space perfectly. You’ll have enough room to pack a box of food, as well as your utensils and a banana.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product, but be careful of the size that you need. If you enjoy your protein powder without any add-ins, and a single serving of your powder is between 30 to 35 grams, then go for the 100cc size. Otherwise, you will want a larger size. I’m not sure if the smaller sizes are useful, except for sauces or vitamins.

I love these very convenient. I’ve struggled a lot of my life to find a good container to carry around my protein. So I don’t have to carry a big jar or Ziplock bags. These fit the bill

I use these daily to hold my protein powder and drink mixes. Many color options. Doesnât leak. Hand wash only for best results. Downside with using for powder, you have to let these air dry. Due to the small size itâs not easy to dry by hand. I like that they connect to eachother for stackability.

These are a good solution for protein shakes. I like the 150cc because they not only handle my shake, but all the added supplements that I include in order to avoid choking down more pills.Pay attention to the instructions on how to open these things. It’s not really intuitive, but once you figure it out it makes sens and they’re a breeze to open.

Along with pill vitamins, I like to take a few different powdered supplements daily as well. these containers are absolutely perfect for pre-portioning them and carrying them with me in a neat and compact way. My only complaint would be that they can sometimes be difficult to open, but on the package, they show a method for using one container to help open another and that seems to work well.
