My Dog Loves These Chews!
Iâve ordered a lot of different brands of skin care omega 3 chews for my 21lb, 14 year old Schnoodle, who suffers from dry skin like most dogs that live down here in the desert. His veterinarian recommends omega 3 supplements for most of the dogs he treats for the typical itching, scratching and chewing that goes on 24 hours a day. All of these chews that we try on Amazon are manufactured in the USA, have high quality ingredients, and my dog loves the flavor. These skin and coat chews by Just Vet have Flaxseed Oil, Coconut Oil and Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil, which elevates it over other skin and coat chews containing only Salmon Oil. This is a premium brand with premium ingredients and my dog loves them! Iâll definitely order more of these!

I’m not sure what is different about these treats, but my dog does not seem to be as into them as he is with others. He does eat them, but seems a little hesitant taking it at first whiff. He can be somewhat picky, though.I can’t speak to the efficacy of the supplement itself, as your dog’s health is up to you.

I recently got my hands on a rounded container of dog treats, specifically designed to benefit my dog’s skin and coat. My small dog, Finn, absolutely jumped at the chance to try these out, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.Finn is a 15-pound bundle of energy, and according to the chart, he’s allowed to have 2 chews. These chews are soft, round, and supple, making it incredibly easy to break them in half for smaller dogs. A huge plus for me is that they are chicken-flavored and smell good too â Finn definitely agrees!But what really impressed me was the ingredient list. These chews are made with beneficial oils like flaxseed, coconut, and salmon, and they’re packed with added fatty acids such as biotin and zinc. Plus, they come without any preservatives or artificial colors or flavors, which is a significant win in my book.Overall, I highly recommend these treats for dogs older than 6 months. Dog Refuses to Eat Them
My German Shepherd eats pretty much everything, but she will not touch these — turns up her nose and walks away. They seem to be a not unpleasant consistency and are about the right size for mid-size and larger breeds. Something about the smell just puts her off, though. I had to trick her into eating them twice.

We got these for our pit bull, which are infamous for having endless skin problems. We have given these to him for over a week now and really haven’t noticed any change in his skin. He still itches and licks like he always did. Maybe I need to use them for an extended period of time, but for now, there really is nothing to note of any difference.

I got these for my mother’s dog, he has been itching and scratching terribly lately. We started giving him these as directed. I do believe they helped his coat look skinnier but his skin, it has not helped too much with, it has helped a little though.
