Zinc melts at a much lower temperature than most other common metals you may find laying around. A propane or butane torch will be able to liquify these and when it does, these balls leave you with a breathtaking puddle.

I honestly donât know whether these are the best in terms of cost, but they were at a price I was willing to pay, and they are as described, straight up simple balls of zinc. Iâve had no issues with purity, not that Iâm using them for quantitative chemistry (just metal casting as a hobbyist). So if you need five pounds of zinc metal, and the price is reasonable to you, these should do.
